I recently took my wife’s car to the dealership for a coil issue. Unfortunately, the service advisor was unresponsive throughout the process. After picking up the vehicle, I noticed two rock chips on the coil issue. Unfortunately, the service advisor was unresponsive throughout the process. They were quite noticeable and concerning, especially since there was no mention of any damage during the service. I reached out to the dealership multiple times—both by phone and email—but never received a response.
