Stevenson Lexus dealership customer service has deteriorated significantly over the last 5/6 years. We brought our 2020 450h in for the 30k service. It should have taken 2 hours. Instead it was an deteriorated significantly over the last 5/6 years. We brought our 2020 450h in for the 30k service. It should have taken 2 hours. Instead it was an all day process. The most frustrating aspect was an inability to communicate with our representative to get an ongoing status if the car throughout the day. The Cisco call system does not work effectively. John Luna did the best he could but the AI enhanced system that has been installed is a joke. Finally, with only 27k miles on the car, we were told our brakes,rotors had to be replaced. The previous 2012 450h we owned (our son has it now) has over 100k miles and still has the original brakes. The previous high standard of Lexus is falling. We are rethinking our future car purchases. More
