I used their internet sight and inquired about a used GX 470. Shortly thereafter I received an e-mail and then a phone call from Steve Sumner. He answered my questions and made himself available to meet with me later that day. When I met with Steve he was friendly and was able to answer questions about the car. He provided the Carfax and other service related information. After a test drive, I decide to buy. The car was very clean with the exception of some minor rear bumper damage. After some typical negotiation, we arrived at a fair price we could both live with. The rest of the experience was a fairly typical car buying experience. Deborah in their finance dept. was pleasant and helpful. I would probably go back for service or a future purchase. More
