I am a returning customer, but did purchase a Mercedes-Benz on my last purchase. After just one year, I was unhappy with my ML 350 and I returned to Stevinson Lexus to see if they would work wit Mercedes-Benz on my last purchase. After just one year, I was unhappy with my ML 350 and I returned to Stevinson Lexus to see if they would work with me on a deal for an RX. They surprised me with how much they were willing to work with me to ensure I came back as a customer. They offered me a deal that surpassed a preivous deal I had from a different dealership. Brent Turner is always a pleasure to work with and William Johnson went beyond our expectations to seal a great deal. We are, once again, satisified customers and will come back when we are ready to purchase our next vehicle. I worked with Derek in finance and that went very smoothly. I was in & out of there. Jim informed us in great detail about Lexus as a company and the ES and IS series. As we ended up purchasing the ES350, it was smooth purchasing experience. Jim has also given me a phone call a few times since we drove off with our car, to make sure we didn't have any additional questions and to make sure that we are completely satisfied with our new ride. Jim has let me know that I can feel comfortable any time of day to call him on his mobile number if something does arise. Jim is friendly, easy to talk to and I'm completely happy and in love with my new purchase!!!! More

We made an appointment and he was waiting outside to greet me. I was struck by his genuine kindness and lack of artifice. He was helpful, extremely knowledgeable, and answered some really ridiculous questions I asked. I never felt uncomfortable. I can say that buying this car was a very positive experience. Matt went above and beyond to make this purchase work for me. The dealership is first rate and one feels customer satisfaction is a core value. I will recommend Stevenson without hesitation to my friends and family and I look forward to a long and satisfying relationship. I also want to recommend Andrew Lovato. He made the learning curve seem manageable as he patiently explained the many bells and whistles on this fabulous car. Such great people, such great cars!!! More

For example, since the car we purchased was at a sister dealership 35 miles away Matt personally went up there and drove our car back so it would be ready for us to pick up the next day. Matt and Chris, the sales manager, worked with us and we felt we got a great deal on the car. We had an experience at another Lexus dealership prior to going to Stevinson that was less than stellar, but working with Matt convinced us that this Lexus dealership could show respect to customers and honor their commitments. Since our purchase Matt and the dealership staff have been helpful and inviting. More

I do not typically write bad reviews either, but, as my experience at Stevenson Lexus was above and beyond the typical mediocrity, I wish to give Jim Sutherin the plaudits he deserves! I had been looking for a good condition Lexus RX350 for some time. I had test driven one with Jim Sutherin a week or so prior to purchase, however, the pitted chrome on this particular RX was the ONLY thing my wife had NOT given the thumbs up for! Jim Sutherin not only had the savvy to give me a call-back, but, with the right touches to his approach, managed to coax me in, and, look at HIS RX once again. His friendliness, and, social skills made me comfortable throughout the entire process. He handled the discrepancy of chrome pitting immediately, and, also went to bat for me on the price of the vehicle. The trust I felt for him, made it not only tolerable through the buying process, but, his ease and knowledge made me feel I can refer pts. seeking a new or used car to him in the future! He listens well and responds with understanding and a non-pressure style that was most welcome. He was a friend from the start and remains so. There was an immediate comfort zone with Matt realizing that he truly was interested in our welfare more than making a sale. He approached us with integrity and an earnest desire to accommodate our needs. There was no pressure from him; only to do right by us. Matt is a true ambassador for Stevinson. His caring demeanor shined through in all that he did for us exemplifying a work ethic we truly admire. More

We arrived at Stevenson Lexus dealership after test-driving multiple cars, back hurting, demoralized and weary of the car buying process. I, in particular, dreaded meeting yet another car sales person and testing yet another car. At the dealership Mo Ozmai greeted us; Mo listened to our concerns and took the “work” out of the car buying experience. Our extended test drive went well, all of our questions were answered kindly and with absolutely no sales pressure. My impression is that these cars sell themselves and the Lexus representative is an informative facilitator to the sale. We are Costco members and easily obtained a Costco quote as well as a fair deal for our trade-in. Mo showed us many features on the car and where he left off Andrew Lovato took over, going over many tech details and always making sure that we understood…and could reproduce…all that he showed us. In the end, we have a beautiful new RX 450h, a new friend in Mo Ozmai and believe me, a friend is the last thing we expected to find in the car buying experience! If we are once again in the market for a new car we will make Stevenson Lexus our first stop. More
I contacted the Costco buying service. Within a half an hour I recevied a call from Stevinson Lexus. Mike Brugmaier called me to introduce himself, asked me what type (model and color) vehicle I was lookin hour I recevied a call from Stevinson Lexus. Mike Brugmaier called me to introduce himself, asked me what type (model and color) vehicle I was looking for, and setup an appointment. Mike was there to meet us when we arrived at the dealership. He had the exact SUV I was looking for. He allowed us to take our time looking at the SUV as he explained the features and answered our questions. We went to Mike's office where he patiently covered all the details of the offer including our trade in. We asked for a few accessories, Mike was able to get them installed that day. Once we decided to buy Mike introduced us to Derek Puckett. Derek worked with us on the financing. He did a detailed job of explaining all aspects of our transaction and made some valid points on the packages. He made the process as painless as possible. Before taking our SUV home Mike spent more time with us by demonstrating all menu features, programmed our bluetooth phones, garage door opener, and gave us more information about the SUV. Mike then gave us a tour of parts/service. He explained hours of operation, loaner program, and complimentary service visits. Mike said "please call me if you have any questions or concerns", that made us feel special. We feel Mike is very knowledgeable about this product and was able to answer all of our questions. He was also able to make suggestions and gave us some alternatives to think about during this process. Throughout the entire experience Mike gave us his undivided attention. He is a true professional! More
