Then Steve and Brenda provided quote with best price without any games or waste of my time (unlike other dealer). This saved me an additional $2000+. Brenda contined with great follow-up and service, and helping to expedite delivery of new vehicle. Michael Tsuji did a very thourough job of demonstrating operation of the gps and computer operation of radio, etc. And he encouraged me to call him anytime with any questions that may arise during actual operation. Several months ago I gave Mo the criteria on which I would consider purchasing another Lexus. When he called this week it was exactly what I was looking for. I had just taken my vehicle in the week before for service and decided I just might keep my 2009 RX350 for another year, but it was hard not to upgrade to this car. Andrew was very thorough and took time to make sure I was familiar with everything, I so appreciate the dealer making sure this feature is included particularily for baby boomers who may not be technically saavy. I have never had a bad experinece at this location in the 2 years I have been visiting the service department and now the sales department will also be added to my list of "must refer". More

I have been doing business with Stevinson Lexus since 2004 and have purchased 4 new Lexus during that period. I worked with only one sales consultant prior to this purchase. That consultant left and was replaced by Pete Souvall and what a perfect addition to the sales team he proved himself to be. First and foremost Pete is a professional in every sense of the word and you know that the minute you shake his hand. This sales experience tested the depths of his abilities and patience while we moved through the process. Pete showed he would go to every reasonable length to make the best deal that there was to make and did so without pressure and with the utmost consideration for me and my time. This deal involved two negotiations and two completed deals, one of which did not happen at the last moment because my desires changed. Pete never swayed in his demeanor, professionalism or his desire to make me happy, which ultimately he did and continues to do so. I cannot speak more highly of Pete, when he promises continued excellent customer service, he really means it. That's something you don't find to often these days. You also have to give credit to the Stevinson management team for empowering their people to do what it takes to make the customer happy. More

Ultimately, sales consultant, Stephanie Wolkis made my experience positive. Her experience and emphasis on customer service turned a stressful process into an enjoyable process. As a result, Ms. Wolkis made me comfortable enough to pull the trigger on a used Saab (not Lexus), even though I had a list of other cars I had planned to check out. Surprisingly Ms. Wolkis said she has been with Lexus only this year, but a prospective customer would not know that upon meeting her. Ms. Wolkis's genuine willingness to help was far more effective than past dealings I have had with allegedly more experienced sales people. This made my car decision much simpler and made my sales experience a 5 star experience. There is a maintenance issue that I must follow-up on relating to the condition of the car at the time of purchase, but so far the dealership has been excellent. To prospective customers looking for financing, I would simply recommend that you research warranty prices and know what you want to buy before walking into finance. There are a laundry list of up-sells (wax, clear coating, gap insurance, car warranty) and all of the legally limiting documents to sign. Overall, I have no major complaints, would do it again, and am particularly grateful to have had a customer-service focused Sales Consultant, Stephanie Wolkis. More

A week later we have not found it feature that was not included in the checklist.
