I had been looking for a good condition Lexus RX350 for some time. I had test driven one with Jim Sutherin a week or so prior to purchase, however, the pitted chrome on this particular RX was the ONLY thing my wife had NOT given the thumbs up for! Jim Sutherin not only had the savvy to give me a call-back, but, with the right touches to his approach, managed to coax me in, and, look at HIS RX once again. His friendliness, and, social skills made me comfortable throughout the entire process. He handled the discrepancy of chrome pitting immediately, and, also went to bat for me on the price of the vehicle.
