You would think that they would just rush through a sale of this type of "odd" used car, but that was not the case. Steve worked through all the negotiation details while always pleasant, patient, very professional, and extremely helpful. The day of delivery he jumped through numerous hoops to get the car ready and explain some the of the "nuances" of this unique sports cars ... so he obviously took time not only to know me but to know the car as well! Steve Sumner put a hold on it for me as I was coming from out of town to look at it and it was sure not to last long based on the near new condition and low miles. I knew this was the one, but as most buyers do I ventured out to compare some of the others I had viewed online... After seeing and driving many of them, it was immediately clear to me that I had wasted time, energy and gas driving all over town. I quickly raced back across town to stake my claim on a beautiful white, 2008 Lexus GX 470! Steve and the rest of the staff took great care of me and treated me with the utmost respect and courtesy. I may have paid a little more for the vehicle than other places advertised, but quality outweighed saving a few bucks... It was an excellent experience throughout. Steve was great to work with, and worked out a very fair set of deal terms with me (including a very fair price on the car I was trading in). The closing paperwork and financing process were also reasonable, and they were handled crisply and quickly (including having Debra King actually locate a better set of financing terms through my credit union than they had offered themselves).
