As the staff is probably aware, my early experience with Stevinson was not a good one. After weeks of exchanges with the dealership (including a BBB filing) we reached a reasonable and satisfactory resolu Stevinson was not a good one. Though I would have preferred to have resolved the matter sooner (or avoided it altogether), I'd like to compliment Steve Szekula and Don Wood on their comportment and professionalism in bringing the matter to a close. They have effectively turned around my earlier assessment of the dealership and have won over a new customer. Mike Tsuji also does an excellent job providing customer training and technical support for the vehicle and should be commended as well. More

We were in search of a very specific vehicle. We had already done our research and had an idea of a payment we could handle for the vehicle we wanted. Jerry greeted us immediately and offered my family something cold to drink. We made our way to the vehicle we were interested and took a test drive. We made Jerry aware of what our needs and wantes were with the vehicle and payment and he made it happen. The experience was delightful, our kids were entertained while we filled out paperwork and Jerry kept us informed every step of the way. We would not only recommend the dealership, but return for another vehicle. More
This is the third Lexus I have purchased from Rob Denniston at Stevinson Lexus, which in itself makes a statement about Rob. I have been buying new cars for 1976 and have never been so pleased with a Denniston at Stevinson Lexus, which in itself makes a statement about Rob. I have been buying new cars for 1976 and have never been so pleased with a salesman. Rob epitomizes customer service. Each experience gets better. This one started with a service call for an incident with our 2011 lexus that had wavered our confidence in Lexus. He reassured me that Lexus and Stevinson are truly customer focused. Rob was able to put together a deal for a 2012 model that was impossible to resist. He is very stright forward and aware of the value of your time. As I previously said, this is the third new car I have purchased from him and wherever he goes, I go. Handling the financial details was Derek Puckett, this was my first opportunity to work with him. Like Rob, stright forward, didn't waste my time with additional services and was efficient, obviously knew his business and got it done. A new feature to this experience was MIke. The dedication of a representative to do the customer orientation with their new purchase is a big plus to the whole sales experience. Mike also didn't waste my time with things I already knew and gave me what I needed and did a fine job of that. I could not be happier with Stevinson Lexus. More

I came in to purchase a pre-owned 2012 RX 350, but found it had been sold prior to my arrival. My sales contact was Rob Denniston. The sale went smoothly--I paid cash, and the whole experience was, given the universe of experiences you'd expect at a car dealership, excellent. Rob is a good guy, and a successful salesperson. The car is working so far. Another boost for the dealership: The coffee is excellent, with lots of choices. Mike Tsuji was (and is) my checkout expert. He's a Mines grad and over educated for the job. Stevenson is very fortunate to have him. I will continue to bug him about intricacies of the car that I've yet to understand. I've had previous experience with Stevenson Service of a '97 LS 400 of mine. Experience was all good and again, the coffee was excellent. Bill O'Sullivan More
