I went through the lengthy process of choosing the car to find out that car was damaged and nobody even mentioned it during the entire 4 hours of signing and talking. To make matters even better the general find out that car was damaged and nobody even mentioned it during the entire 4 hours of signing and talking. To make matters even better the general manager insisted he didn’t know about the damage. This car was on the lot for at least a month. Lies are fine to some extent but not to this level. Just a pure admission of incompetence. Be careful. More
