Sadly, I felt discriminated against and ignored. I had to beg for loan information. I had high expectations of Stevinson, but the service was terrible. I told the person who recommended them, and I I had to beg for loan information. I had high expectations of Stevinson, but the service was terrible. And my wait time was less than expected which is always a good thing. I purchased my vehicle as new at Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood several years ago and continue to do all my service with them. Although it is not the closest Lexus dealership to me, I will continue doing business with Stevinson for one main reason: OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE and as provided by Erin S. I had an appointment for maintenance. At 11:00 a:m took 25 mins. Before received any kind of service. Kevin Antonio.Service Consultant resolved the technical problems we had.. Then we had the car wash performed took them over hour to wash our car, this is unacceptable to me. Lousy customer service!!! More
