My wife and I first came to Stevinson 10 years ago. At that time we met Mike Burgmaier and Mike sold us our first Lexus, an RX300. My wife still has the RX. Someday we will be ready for a new car, and if it is a Lexus we will purchase it from Mike because Mike always makes us feel at home when we stop at Stevinson. He is always willing to show us the new models and has very good knowledge of the car's features, down to a very specific level. I am a car guy and Mike is always able to talk details with me. I like to do my own oil changes and the Stevinson shop has been very patient with me when it comes to discussing the specifics of Lexus maintenence. I can be a difficult customer, and the Stevinson shop has treated me with respect and patience. My wife is comfortable taking the car in for service because they always take the time to listen to her questions and explain the work that is to be performed. Today, my wife brought the RX in for service, and I stopped later. I had not seen the 2011 CT hybrid. Although the car is very new to the showroom, Mike Burgmaier was very familiar with the car and gave me an excellent run down on the CT. I am a pretty frugal car buyer and appreciate environmental advances, so was pleased to see a really nice hybrid at an affordable price. Last Year Stevenson Chevrolet worked with the City of Golden to move the Super Cruise to their sales lot. I was having a car show at a local assisted living facility. The Folks come out and vote for their favorites. Well very few cars showed up because of the Stevinson show. I'm only bringing this up because if I had not appreciated Mike I would not have walked onto your lot. Another thing is that Mike has a way with people and convinced me that I was getting my money's worth. The Lexus we purchased appears to be what it should be. It's classy, tight, rides great, and has a lot of features. In fact I rode in a friends LS and there was almost the same features. He can have the bigger engine. My son is a Doctor and he is still driving the 2000 I mentioned above. I just heard on the news that if there was a nuclear explosion in the atmosphere, the fallout would make all our cars useless.
