What keeps me coming back over the years, is the customer service and TLC I receive once I walk through the door. What Stevinson Lexus understands, that many other dealerships do not, (believe me, I know from experience), is that the sale is important, but the service after the sale is more important. Here, the staff is always courteous and friendly. When I walk through the door here, I feel like I am home. Today, I purchased a used car from Brent Turner, whom I put through "he'll" with lots of visits and tons of phone calls. He always took my call, even if he had a customer, to assuage my concerns and answer questions. Even when I found a vehicle at another Stevinson dealer I was interested in, he understood and told me that my happiness was paramount to his making the sale. In the end, I purchased a vehicle from him. He always made me feel like I was number one, and didn't make a peep when I tortured him with my test driving. He is a real gentleman, and I would definitely purchase a car from him again. Before closing, I would like to give kudos to the manager, Steve Szekula.
