After having been through another brutal Wyoming winter I decided it was time to purchase a vehicle which made more sense than what I was driving. He was patient, answered all of my questions and there was NEVER any type of high pressure, you need to make a quick decision that I had seen with other dealerships. Very professional and knowledgeable about his products. Personable and easy to work and deal with! Met with Bob Ballard to do the paperwork. He was professional and knowledgeable. Explained all of the options I had available as far as extended warranty, glass breakage, service etc. This is my first Lexus and it won't be my last. We found additional vehicles at the Fredrick location that we wanted to view and Brent arranged to meet us at the sister location to test and view additional cars with us. We felt like Brent listened and worked hard to make us feel at ease and also made the process fun to try out and test the Lexus vehicles.
