I had not bought a car in 13 years, and wasn't sure what to expect as far as dealing with a salesman. A co-worker referred me to Stevinson, and the rest was easy. He's very knowledgeable, but not high pressure at all, and the whole buying process was smooth. I started out thinking I wanted an IS, test drove it twice, and then I changed course and started all over with the ES, and Doug was nice and patient. He put me at ease, while still being very professional. There was a very minor issue when I took delivery of my car, and Doug apologized profusely and insisted that I enjoy a dinner out and send the bill to him. I've called him a few times with questions, and he's always made sure I'm satisfied. I'd definitely call him again for another purchase. More
