This is my second positive experience with Stevinson Lexus. Both visits I was looking to purchase a dependable car for my son. The first time the salesman was Doug Miner. After having been through another brutal Wyoming winter I decided it was time to purchase a vehicle which made more sense than what I was driving. I talked with Doug Miner for nearly a month via phone and email about what I wanted and what he had available. He was patient, answered all of my questions and there was NEVER any type of high pressure, you need to make a quick decision that I had seen with other dealerships. Very professional and knowledgeable about his products. Personable and easy to work and deal with! Met with Bob Ballard to do the paperwork. He was professional and knowledgeable. Explained all of the options I had available as far as extended warranty, glass breakage, service etc. This is my first Lexus and it won't be my last. He spent the entire afternoon test driving and answering questions with us. We found additional vehicles at the Fredrick location that we wanted to view and Brent arranged to meet us at the sister location to test and view additional cars with us. We felt like Brent listened and worked hard to make us feel at ease and also made the process fun to try out and test the Lexus vehicles. Mike has always followed up after the purchase at least 4 times a year to make sure all my expectations are being met by the service department and other personnel at the dealership. I bought my first Lexus 3 years ago and when it became time to buy my wife a car ( our first used car), I contacted Mike by phone and told him what I was looking to accomplish. He called me later and had quite a few cars (SUVs) picked out for us to look at. We spent almost an entire afternoon trying various models and by listening carfeully to my wife, Mike found the perfect Lexus GX470 for her. I really appreciate how Stevinson operates and especially the fact their Salesmen are not paid commission but salary with bonus based on customer satisfaction. I believe this enables the Salesman to always look after the customer's interests and desires first and helps build a long term relationship. All of my future car purchases will be with Mike and Stevinson. More
