I’m surprised to get any response from Stevenson at all. I was not able to buy my car lease through Bellco because Lexus Leasing and Stevenson were trying to make me go back to the dealer (the same dealer who NEVER returned my phone calls while I was trying to figure all this out). 3 months later, after we were able to have Flatirons Audi take care of this for us, I’m getting a response. Unbelievable. I can’t even imagine how much extra I would have had to pay if I would have waited for Stevenson to help me. Never again.
