We drove up there, about 100 miles) and took the car for a test drive with Jacob, he did a great job answering our additional questions. Once we decided to buy the car, the process was quick, Jacob had the paperwork completed quickly and had us to finance in about 30 min. Jessica in finance did a great job undercutting our credit union interest rate and making the final paperwork process quick and painless. She did a great job of explaining all the features Lexus has to offer after the sale, but wasn't high pressure. She let the great products speak for themselves.
