Recently had an issue with my NX 200T (rare occurrence in my 10 year/4 Lexus autos experience). Staff was exceptionally helpful. Issue ran into parts availability delay - understandable. Staff informative and offered a 1600 mile RX loaner. I cannot say enough about their informative, personal and helpful service. This is why I have bought 4 Lexus autos - and at Stevenson. Kudos. I went to Stevinson Lexus of Lakewood for a radiator fluid leak. My main complaint was that my car was running cold. They just brushed it off and charged me $150 to look at the car. They told me it was fluid leak. My main complaint was that my car was running cold. They just brushed it off and charged me $150 to look at the car. They told me it was a cracked radiator. $1200 later, the problem still exists. I took my is300 to another shop and they said I need a new thermostat (which I told them). This most likely caused the leak. Furthermore, I told them to inspect my brakes. They said they were fine. Well, now 3 months later I need new pad AND rotors. I am beyond dissatisfied. I my car has been serviced there since 03. No longer will they get my or any of my friends/family’s business ever again. More

He has shown a willingness to meet our need above and beyond any sales person we’ve ever worked with in all our years purchasing vehicles. His communication is excellent and we appreciate his commitment to follow through. We trust Mike which usually doesn’t happen in the car industry. Our last deal was put together while I was at work and my wife was the only one of us there but Mike heard what we wanted and put together a fair deal. Which even got us 4 grand in equity for our trade in which btw we bought from Mike the last time. All in all Mike is great salesman because he is a great person. We will be back and Mike will be our guy. Thanks again for everything and also we love our new GX More
I got my car serviced there, when I picked it up my Lexus my radio was completely knocked out. When I left my car there it worked perfectly. They said it was a coincidence and I would have to pay 9 Lexus my radio was completely knocked out. When I left my car there it worked perfectly. They said it was a coincidence and I would have to pay 995.00$, which we did. Lexus said they paid for about two thirds of the cost of a new radio. It must have not been a not very good one(used maybe) because the satellite part of my radio went out and we had them(Satellite Co.) work on it.(1/29/22) It needs a new console part. I felt I left my car on Lexus's watch and they did not return it to me in a usable way. I felt Lexus should had paid for their mistake. Lexus Lakewood did not act like a five star company which they said they were. The dealer ship seems to be micromanaged. The whole experience left a foul taste in my mouth about Lexus. CD Ness More

Well usually dealerships do recommended services on cars. I was going to buy a used Sequoia 2001 112000 miles in cash from them. Looked over the car fax and noticed the timing belt and water pump a recomme I was going to buy a used Sequoia 2001 112000 miles in cash from them. Looked over the car fax and noticed the timing belt and water pump a recommended service in the Toyota manual at 90000 miles had not been done. They said they don't do service unless the car needs it. Timing belts don't tell, they just break. Then they said they would do it and said they would give me a deal. The deal was the same as the price quoted on the internet for the service. I had a ride to Denver already and committed to buying the car. The salesman said the car was in perfect shape and needed little a rear taillight. When I called the dealership they said they already put $3000. dollars into the car and they would not do the recommended service. Not impressed. I am a salesman and during my career went to car salesman school. what a bunch of hustlers.... say one thing and do another. if this was already my car and I brought it in for service guaranteed they would have suggested the timing belt and water pump be fixed in the Service department at 90,000 to 100000 miles. Steve was amazing. Best car salesman I have ever worked with. Kind, honest, helpful, courteous and no arm twisting or “slick Willie”. Even responded to texts on Holiday.
