Every time we come into this dealership we are greeted with kindness, and humility. We have never been pressured into purchasing something that isn’t right for us at the time. Personally, this was my first Lexus, and first dealership purchase. I will be retururning to this branch for any of my future needs. I called to speak with a sales associate about a model I was researching online. I was transferred to Michael Tsuji who immediately went out to ensure the vehicle was on the lot and that it was in good condition. I came in and met with Michael, later that evening I purchased that vehicle. He was kind enough to stay with me throughout the entire purchase as well as answering any and all of my questions. He was very considerate, kind and funny. He made the entire process much more enjoyable and has won my business as well as my families for any future purchases. Finally, I worked with Pete Souvall in financing. He was very honest with me about all of the options I had. He did not pressure me into purchasing any thing extra that I did not need. When asked about additional coverages he would take the time to explain everything as much as I needed. I would recommend, without hesitation, Michael Tsuji as well as Pete Souvall.
