What buying a new car should be like. Mike was a true professional. We bought a new LX 570 and from start to finish Mike knew exactly what he was doing, knew the ins and out of the Lexus Mike was a true professional. We had our Westie puppy with us. It was a hot day so we had to take her inside during the buying process. The whole Stevinson staff wanted to play with her, get her a dog bone or make sure she had water. A small part of the process buy very accommodating. We had shopped for hard for pricing and Stevinson was able to match a really good price and trade in value. More important than playing with the puppy, The staff a Stevinson was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and efficient. The business manager, Pete Souvall, was so good at his job he made signing all papers and explaining all the cost an enjoyable experience. Way to many "legal driven" forms that all dealers have to go through. Buying a new luxury car should be a good experience. Mike and Pete made buying our new Lexus as nice a reasonably possible. More
