service- they charge you for a complementary loaner car I still don't understand but for a dealership that speaks about offering complimentary loaner cars, I was charged roughly $10.00. what is the point? I thought complimentary was free. I understand it's for gas and cleaning but change your marketing - don't offer 'complimentary loaner vehicles'.
