I went to another Lexus dealership and determined quickly that we would work with Stevinson. Their “fixed” pricing policy did not seem like it would result in the best price. Questions I asked took over a week to receive feedback from the one Salesman I had contact with. I went back a second time to show the LC 500 they had in the showroom. I thought the woman at the information desk when we walked in was condescending and rude. John Ambrose was very responsive to my questions and very quickly found the features, color and interior we desired. No typical Car Salesman traits. Just professional and business-like. I negociatated the deal with him and the Sales Manager who was great to work with as well. We love the car. The fuel pump recall was a disappointment, but the dealership and John got it resolved.
