Purchase of a certified used Lexus I originally went to this dealership to test drive an IS250. The sales associate, Mr Steve Sumner, talked with me before the test drive to get a better feel for what I was wanting in a car. He surmised after our chat that the IS350 would be a better for me. This saved a lot of time for me with not having to deal with driving a car I wouldn't like. The IS 350 test drive was fantastic, he explained all about the car and it's capabilities before we drove off the lot. He allowed me to take it up the mountain, and talked me through all questions I had with ease. Back at the office he worked with me to get a fair price for my trade-in in about 10mins, and had the full deal wrapped up more efficiently than any other dealership I've dealt with before. I found Mr Sumner and this dealership to be a professional, friendly, and competent choice!! I would recommend this dealership for those who know what they want, and for those not sure of what they want as well, they will walk you through it all gracefully. More
