Best Dealership Ever! I cannot say enough incredible things about Stevinson Lexus, and the way they helped me out of a terrible situation. I was in the process of driving I cannot say enough incredible things about Stevinson Lexus, and the way they helped me out of a terrible situation. I was in the process of driving to California for a new job (with animals and possessions) when my 12-yr old Lexus broke down outside Denver on a Saturday. I was towed to Stevinson Lexus, and not only was I given a loaner while the car was being diagnosed (engine failure-my baby was too tired to go on), but both Mike Tsugi and Pete Souvall went to extraordinary measures to get me into a new 2018 IS300. I will be forever grateful for their kindness, compassion, and creativity in getting me into a new vehicle, and sending me on my way to California. BTW, the car is AWESOME. My ride to California was just superb. My dog, Joey, loved it. THANK YOU AGAIN, MIKE T. AND P. SOUVALL. You both work at an incredible dealership, and I will be a Lexus customer forever. P.S. Instant Comfort The day I walked into Stevinson dealership, I had been to a few other dealerships where I was not greeted and after a short time, felt very uneasy wit The day I walked into Stevinson dealership, I had been to a few other dealerships where I was not greeted and after a short time, felt very uneasy with their actions, mannerisms and approach. When I walked into Stevinson Lexus, I saw smiling faces, was greeted more than twice, a salesman opened the door for me, they were glad to see me!! Right away I had a feeling of comfort and then Michael Tsuji walked up to me, a most intelligent, courteous and affable young man, from that moment on, I and my friend with me were treated like V.I.P’s. Just talking with Mike and other salesman at the dealership, you just know that you are in good hands. I also asked for the sales manager, just so I could let him know that Good business starts with management and that he certainly had a great team. They all work together and are polite to each other. Of course, we purchased a beautiful LC500, drove it home to Grand Junction, Colorado and thinking, yep, this was a very good decision. Mike, our salesman even drove us to a breakfast place so we could eat while we were getting the new car protection coating put on, then picked us up when we were done and our car was all done and ready to go. Thank you Stevinson Lexus and thank you Michael Tsuji for an amazing and pleasant experience. Yes, I highly recommend this dealership. More
