The first one was a 2017 NX200 tur The 5 star rating is due to John Ambrose and April Floyd. My wife and I purchased two vehicles from John Ambrose. The first one was a 2017 NX200 turbo. The second was a used 2008 RX350. The new car was leased and John made the purchase process as easy as possible. They earned their "money," however, with the used car because John and April went the extra "100 miles" to make sure everything was right. Three problems happened . First, the day I drive the car out of the lot the battery died in my drive way. I called and April said being it over. She replaced the battery in 15 minutes. Secondly, the radio shut down. It came back up and shut down the next day. They told me to bring it in right away and the Shop Foreman would take a look. They ended up replacing the battery cables at their expense believing they were old and somehow causing a short. No issue since. Third, within a week of driving the car out of the lot, the oil coolant line broke and oil was leaked all over our garage and driveway. The car was towed and they provided a loaner for about two weeks while waiting for the part to arrive. Once this was fixed, we have not experienced any problems. John texts me every once in a while just to check in. I couldn't ask for a better relationship. More

Lexus RX350 purchase We walked in to Stevinson Lexus with the intent of driving a Lexus. We met Do Vo a sales consultant who treated us very well. We were leaning toward buying one and the drive and the overall treatment by Stevinson personnel convinced us to purchase the car. Do explained the features of the car and presented a deal for a 2017. We counter offered and he walked it back to his bosses. We came to a mutually acceptable figure and the car was ours. We picked it up the next day and it was nicely detailed and ready to go. He spent time with us explaining the features and told us to come back in a few weeks for a meeting with the technology specialist to show us some more of what the car could do. Overall very happy with the dealership and Do Vo. More
