He was obviously listening because he nailed it and I did not even need to look at any other cars. Within 2 hours I had a great new Lexus and I know I got a fantastic deal, because I did shop at the "other" Lexus Dealer and Don beat their best deal by $1000's. I inquired from three dealerships, two in Denver and one in Texas, where we were then living. All three quoted the same specifications, and Stevinson was the least expensive by far. There was no need to haggle further, as their price was so fair, I could not in good conscience ask for more. And the service provided by both Pete Souvall and Steve Sumner was and continues to be beyond expectations. When we recently arrived back in Colorado, our vehicle was awaiting our pick up. Even though we had requested a different color vehicle, we had a change of heart the day of the pick-up, but Steve had another vehicle available, so our sale was accomplished with only one trip to the dealership. I cannot say more about the "Stevinson" way of selling cars, from the lite-hearted commercials to their magnificent building, and even more impressive sales and service staff. You will not find a more professional or capable group of people anywhere. And, then there is the follow-up to make sure you are satisfied. I mentioned to Steve I was having issues syncing the garage door opener to the vehicle, and not five minutes later, a tech called to walk me through several solutions until we found the right one. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the initiative that saved me time to find my own solution. I would recommend both this specific dealership and the internet sales process if you are interested in a new Lexus. Pete even offered to pick us up at the airport if we were flying to our new home. If you don't know Denver, DIA is 35 miles (one-way) from the dealership. That's a service beyond my expectations. More
