After doing a month or so of research, I contacted Mike Burgmaier at Stevinson Lexus to schedule a test drive. He was both attentive and courteous, and answered all of my questions with alacrity. I was ready to buy, and I didn't feel pressured at all, though I do think we moved to the sales pitch fairly early in the process. For me, that was okay, since it was my intention to close a deal. I can see how someone might be off-put by that, but then I question whether they have ever purchased a car before. In any case, I was pleased by my experience with every employee I dealt with that day. I left the dealership not only with a new car, but also with the intention of coming back as a customer again and again. More

Incredibly trustworthy, and a painless buying experience. I was shopping online for my next car, and spotted a used Lexus at Stevinson. I called and asked to speak with a sales person, and happened to get Van I was shopping online for my next car, and spotted a used Lexus at Stevinson. I called and asked to speak with a sales person, and happened to get Van Saukam. He was extremely helpful. I live far from Denver, and he invested a significant amount of time to give me a detailed walkaround of the car via phone, and sent me many photos and videos of the car as well. He even did a "smell test" of the interior! Based on Van's assurances alone, I had the car held and caught a flight to Denver, basically buying it without ever seeing it in person. I wasn't at all disappointed. The car was even better than Van described it, and I've never had a quicker and easier time at a dealership. Everyone at Stevinson was friendly, helpful and professional. I don't buy cars often, mostly because I really, really hate the whole process. But the folks at Stevinson (and specifically Van Saukam) made it painless. The price was more than fair, the car was fantastic, the drive home was a blast, and Van will be the first guy I call the next time I start looking for another car. More

We were introduced to Van Saukam and we were very impressed with him. He was very knowledgeable and we give him an A+ on Customer Service. Never at one time did we ever feel pressured and he spent as much time as we needed. Yes, the Lexus vehicles are amazing but our decision to buy one was truly because of the way we were treated.
