George is a really nice guy, but that said I have better things to do than spend half a day at a dealership trying to close a deal - I was in and out of the Stevinson Lexus dealership in just over an hour - awesome. Stevinson Lexus in Lakewood is not the closest dealership to my house by a good 20 miles but the exceptional pricing and ease of the transaction made the extra money I spent on gas worth it. Steve Sumner was quick and straight to the point. He understood my needs and made sure they got taken care of. Being 23 and walking into a Lexus dealership with a hoodie and a baseball cap some sales people might not take me seriously. Steve not only did just that but went above and beyond my expectation of what I thought was truly exceptional customer service. Deb King who did my paperwork walked me through all the options & what I really enjoyed was she was not pushy and made a recomendation which fit my needs. Not sell me stuff I didn't need. That to me shows character & honesy which is huge to me when buying anything this big. Overall it was a truly exceptional experience & I will be sending anyone looking for a Lexus there way. More

Best Sales Guy Ever and Finance lady! I have bought many cars from Stevinson. My first two were from the Toyota Stevinson dealership. But after a yr the wife wanted to upgrade to a luxury I have bought many cars from Stevinson. My first two were from the Toyota Stevinson dealership. But after a yr the wife wanted to upgrade to a luxury car. I shopped around and at the end I went to Stevinson Lexus. Prior to my arrival there I called and spoke with a sales man Mike Sanchez. He helped me with the sales transaction. He fought for me and worked my deal as his own. I've ran into a lot of sleezy sales guys all my life as I am a car guy. But with Mike Sanchez he treated me like a human being. He showed his concern for my happiness. Even when I didn't like a part of the deal he would make sure he addressed it till I was happy. Hard to find. I also appreciated the no pressure sales. He wasn't pushy. I have bought two vehicles from him. A white 2015 Lexus ES350 Crafted Line and a black 2015 GX 460. I also been looking for a daily commuter as I don't want to put too many miles on my new cars and Mike is helping me with that. I'm so pleased with his service that the new 2015 Supra is coming out that I have requested because it is a Stevinson store that he goes across the street and does my deal with me. If he cant I wont buy it.It takes a lot to trust a sales guy but I can tell you he comes highly recommended by me. Also for financing get Deb. She's freaking awesome! Do not let them put you with anyone else. My credit score had dropped a lil due to enquiries she worked that bank and got me a better deal than the last time I came in and bought a car. I had the other finance person the first time. That person was good but not as good as Deb!!! If you have Mike Sanchez and Deb the finance lady that's one hek of a deal. We went out on January 3, 2015 during a horrible snowstorm. We wanted to test drive the new NX and the RX350. Doug was so wonderful about giving us the two cars to drive and we settled on the RX. Oh...that's not it! We wanted different things on the car. Doug had to keep running out to the lot to see if they had what we both wanted. My husband wanted the sporty wheels and I wanted all the other bells and whistles. Doug managed to get exactly what we were looking for at the right price. Working with Doug was very easy and entertaining. He has a great sense of humor and loves the friendly banter. I could've gone to Kuni Lexus right by my house, but Doug and the rest of the staff were worth the drive. Stevinson will always be my preferred car dealer.
