Most recently I brought my 1995 ES300 in for it's 150,000 mile checkup! I was fortunate to once again get a great service person - Paul Genest. Paul has assisted me in the past! He is very knowledgeable and forthright when asking him questions. Most importantly I feel he's honest and I trust his opinions. As I'm a female and the only one who takes care of my cars (also own a RX400) it's important to me to find people who I trust. Whenever I contact Paul with questions he is always very speedy to respond - even if he has to call me back I don't have to wait long! Another feature I like about this dealership. I'm in sales and work a lot. When my cars are being serviced I can bring my laptop in and work as long as I need to. It's a quiet environment and they always have some sort of tempting treat that I have a hard time saying no to! Without a doubt Stevinson is a dealership I would highly recommend! More

Pete Souvall was the sales rep I worked with through the entire process and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the transaction. Additionally, I had the pleasure of finalizing the deal with Dan Lather, the Pre-Owned Sales Manager. Both of these gentlemen were all-around top-notch. And while there customer service was excellent, that was just the beginning. After I purchased the 2013 WRX STi in their inventory "as-is", it threw a Check Engine Light on the drive home. For a little background, the WRX STi has been my dream car for over a decade and to have my initial drive home met with a CEL was very uncomfortable for me, to say the least. I didn't want my dream car to turn into a nightmare. I immediately informed Pete Souvall and Dan Lather of this and they offered to REIMBURSE me for the diagnostic expenses to find out what was going on with the car!! That is running your business with INTEGRITY. In the business climate and economy that we have been in the last several years, margins are tight for everyone.
