Easy booking and appointment. I pulled in the garage at the appointed time and someone helped me with my check in within the first 10 minutes. This was a very bad experience for me. Between that time I called several times, left multiple messages and went in twice and no one had answers for me. There were also three different advisors that were supposed to be making sure I was receiving updates and none of them did that. I picked it up Thursday July 3 and they told me it was all fixed but when I left I didn’t even get two streets away and the noise was still there. Then I looked down and there was grease and dirt left all over my center console. I keep my truck very clean so I know it was not there before I left it. I also wrote an email to my advisor telling him all of this Thursday afternoon and he has still not responded. I am not happy with this experience at all. More
