Recently stopped at Stevenson Toyota to get an oil change. I worked with someone named Jorge. Originally everything went well, however when I went to pick up my car, one of the added expenses that he change. I worked with someone named Jorge. Originally everything went well, however when I went to pick up my car, one of the added expenses that he tried to talk me into didn’t work and he still tried to charge me for it. When I brought that up to his attention, he was really rude and confrontational instead of being apologetic about his lack of communication. After that, I get to my car and find multiple pieces of equipment laying on my floor. The exhaust filter, the filter cap and my entire glove box were just laying on my floorboard. When I bring the items in and said that someone needed to put them back, Jorge came out and while he apologized, it was really sarcastic, rude, and not sincere. The actual maintenance repairman that came out to reinstall the items never once apologized for anything and acted more inconvenienced than anything. I will never go back to Stevenson Toyota and I will tell everyone I know to avoid that place. This was an awful experience!!! More

I purchased a used vehicle and every aspect of the experience was exceptional. The vehicle was already started with the AC blowing and ready for me when I had arrived. The interior was professionally cleaned and all my questions were answered throughout the entire process. They even agreed to knock off some of the dealer handling fees. My sales reps customer service was above and beyond my expectations. I will be buying from Stevinson’s Toyota again! More
