Emergency Service My husband and I were traveling from California back home to Omaha, NE with our family. My husband is a Marine and we were trying to get home for leav My husband and I were traveling from California back home to Omaha, NE with our family. My husband is a Marine and we were trying to get home for leave. We had forgotten Californians don't use good windshield wiper fluid. As a result, ours were frozen. I called Toyota and told them our situation. They said they could let us park the car in their wash area where it was warm. When we got there, they told us they were gonna do a full inspection, check the lines, etc. They let us know it would be a little bit of a wait due to so many other appointments for the day. After only an hour and half, they called letting us know they were done. When we picked up the car, they said everything was taken care of at no cost to us. I wish I could remember who specifically we worked with, but I don't. This was some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. I'm so thankful for Stevinson Toyota for keeping my family safe and taking such good care of us! I'd also like to add that I tried taking the car to the Firestone and Midas down the street. They both told us there was nothing they could do. They wanted us to either wait 6 hours for a spot to warm the car or said we would need to leave the car almost all day. They had no interest in helping us whereas Stevinson Toyota bent over backwards for us. More
