On Monday 2018 my wife and I set out to find a replacement for my high mileage, increasingly undependable work truck. I took the day off and we visited 2 dealerships (Mazda and Nissan) looking for a low-mileage 4 wheel or all wheel drive vehicle to replace said truck. Finding a suitable choice we then decided to try Toyota, upon entering the dealership we were uncertain as to where the building entrance was as well as customer parking. Dan was on the walk outside and saw our dilema and quickly solved these problems. He then asked the purpose of our visit and we told him of our needs. He introduced himself we to him. We followed him to his desk and he began scanning for vehicles that seemed to fit our needs. Finding one that piqued our interest he then provided an extensive knowledge of the vehicle, expressly pointing out features we required and additional options we hadn't considered. He then called for the car to be brought up for test drive. Throughout this process Dan was personable, knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly. We bought the vehicle and upon concluding the paperwork we again connected with Dan and he took us to the car and found it cleaned and washed, ready to go. I want to say, I had a great experience at Stevenson Toyota West a couple weeks back. The facility, their inventory, and convenience were great. And I’d gladly make a recommendation to consider them if you’re in the market for a new or used Toyota based on that criteria alone. But I really want to give a loud shout out to Meadow, our Sales rep, She was outstanding! I started communicating with Meadow several weeks prior and she was more than accommodating each and every time I requested information about one vehicle and eventually changed my mind to another. I thought for sure she’d hand me off to someone else but she stuck with me.... She’s knowledgeable about the vehicles and the features in each trim package and was exceptional in helping me understand what was best for my needs. Frankly, I think that’s the job of anyone in Meadow’s position and she absolutely nailed the entire process. Great Job! Thanks Meadow. I also want to give a shout out to the finance manager, Brach Marker. Let’s face it, you love the test drive, you love the ride home, but nobody likes signing the paperwork.
