Excellent service department l, trustworthy . One caveat, they were overbooked or understaffed, and arrived 30 minutes early for my scheduled appointment. Service and battery replaced and pro-rated based on previous battery. I was kept informed of progress. Have had Stevinson’s Toyota handle all my Toyota care maintenance since purchasing my 2024 Toyota Crown. I’ve been very pleased by all my service department interactions and plan on having Stevinsons co maintenance since purchasing my 2024 Toyota Crown.
