We came back after they had inventory on the 2019 models and asked for Do. He was again very helpful and coordinated a test drive and even recommended a great place to eat as we considered our options. We came back in that afternoon and bought the Highlander Hybrid. Do did a great job of explaining everything and help arrange a few accessories we wanted from their parts department.
