Lying And Zero Customer Service Spoke to Austen and supplied all needed information and went by the dealership to test drive the SUV's i was interested in. I emailed all information needed and waited for response ........ one day, two days of texts, calls and messages had me curious if they wanted to sell me a car! At the end of the second day i get a call from Eric Brett. I try to explain the situation and the lack of customer service as well as my need to plan when i make the trip to the dealership and Eric cuts me off and finds no need to hear a word i have to say. He states he has looked over my paperwork and that he is sure i need more down because he has been doing this for 20 years and he just knows. I tell him if it was an issue with down or anything else i was flexible but waiting two days not being told i needed something was completely not acceptable to which he cuts me off again! At this point I am boiling mad and i ask for the General Managers name and contact number. To this Eric states he is the General Manager i tell him I have seen the website and he is not and that i will find the info myself!!!! Austen was helpful but every other step was horrible! More
