While shopping online I found the car that fit my desires. I made the call and Meadow Sylvan answered. She was professional, positive and most important very knowledgeable to my questions. She was receptive to our desire to “get the ball rolling” and agreed to a test drive that same evening so we didn’t have to drive in traffic from Longmont. It was the very best test drive I have ever had! She was knowledgeable, professional, and very accommodating to all the questions that I had. We did not feel rushed at all during the test drive. Desiring to give the purchase some thought, we didn’t buy the car and went home. The next day Wes Guthrie a sales manager called to follow up. His timing was perfect! We agreed on the price, scheduled a meeting that fit our time schedule, and followed up with a confirmation email. A sales rep saw us in the parking lot and directed us to Wes Guthrie. Wes is a “go getter”, professional, and kind. I very good mix for sure. He got us hooked up with Tyler Trimmer to finalize the deal. Tyler was very accurate, kind and personable and knows his job well. He explained all the paperwork in an understandable way and even joined in our excitement of purchasing the car.
