This is the best car buying experience that I have ever had. I was just “looking,” just getting started in my search— and not totally sure I wanted to buy a new car at all! But the RAV4 and the sales man Adam I was just “looking,” just getting started in my search— and not totally sure I wanted to buy a new car at all! But the RAV4 and the sales man Adam Fisher were a combination I could not pass by! Adam had three immediate options to show me in the RAV 4, and I test drove one of them as Adam explained features and options— I asked him to check used car inventory for Honda and Lexus SUVs, and he found two for me to test drive. I also looked at the 2019 RAV 4– but I was already sold on the 2018 Rav 4. My Mini trade-in went well, all the paper was seamless, and before I knew it Adam was entering my phone into MY new car (full gas tank and sparkling clean!)! Adam is a complete professional, totally knew the cars, answered every question I had, no pressure, absolutely impressive young man and salesman. Also, Mr. Brownlee was excellent as well. Paperwork was finalized quickly with no pressure to add anything I didn’t want. Toyota is such an excellent brand and these gentlemen in this dealership were the best! More

In the past when I purchased vehicles from two different General Motors dealers the experience was adversarial, and the sales managers were rude. This was not the case with Stevenson.
