Not so at Stevinson Toyota West. My husband and I visited Stevinson Toyota to test drive several different types of vehicles. We weren't in the mind to buy, but then we met Nelson Im and Luong Ho. Both were very approachable, professional, respectable, and informative. They actually listened to what I was looking for, even asked more in depth questions to help find my match. Let's face it: buying a car is a big deal and a lot of money. I was treated like it was a big deal and that buying a new car was an occasion, something momentous and warranting high customer service treatment. It was something to be excited about. Imagine that? A dealership where they are your partners in finding you the right vehicle and providing customer service that shows you are the center of the experience. Yes, it was all about me.
