Both Austen and Brach were patient. We asked a ton of petty questions all were answered professionally with enthusiasm! Brock helped with financing we were so tired he offered us candy just to get our energy up. The small things sell. Brock never waivered or acted tired or showed impatience as we analyzed every payment, finance option etc. I also felt Brock was genuine about upselling add ons. Your showroom and its cleanliness is amazing and adds to the buying experience. But I cannot stress enough how both Brach and Austen came through on every aspect of the buying process. More
