New Vehicle Purchase I came to Stevinson Toyota West to look at trading my Highlander in on another vehicle. I was met by Peter Simoneau. What a great guy! I told him what I came to Stevinson Toyota West to look at trading my Highlander in on another vehicle. I was met by Peter Simoneau. What a great guy! I told him what I needed in my next vehicle and based on that information he suggested that i take a look at a 4Runner. I took one out for a test drive and knew that the 4Runner was for me. Peter was very professional, knowledgable, patient, never pushy and just a real personable guy! He allowed me to look at all the 4Runners at my leisure & I found the perfect 4Runner. In short order Peter, Josh Ross (in Finance) and I completed the paperwork and I was westbound and down in my 2019 4Runner. Woohoo! I can't say enough good things about Peter, he made the whole experience so pleasant, it was downright fun! He was easy to communicate with and was someone that was open to conversation. I am very satisfied with the RAV4 I purchased and thankful for his help. Kendall was also easy to talk with and she made sure that I knew everything I needed to know about the financing. Since it was my first time dealing with this, I was happy to be able to have it explained so well. She was very friendly and was able to walk me through the process especially since there were steps that took a bit of time. More
