I was relatively sure which Toyota my wife and I were most interested in but I met Luong Ho at the door of Stevinson Toyota with dozens of questions. I was relatively sure which Toyota my wife and I were most interested in but there were many details to explore. One after another, Luong not only provided definitive answers but was willing to take me directly to a vehicle that would show me the particular answer that I sought. When we were able to narrow things down, he then ran all over the dealership in order to bring example vehicles right to the front door so that I could see what specific packages would look like that contained the options and features that were important. We took two meaningful test drives and when I had a specific vehicle picked out, Luong and Sales Manager Eric Brett put together an excellent final deal for us. Luong is an extremely polite and courteous man who also offer direct and concise answers to one's questions. This was really efficient, easy, fun. More
