I was relatively sure which Toyota my wife and I were most interested in but there were many details to explore. One after another, Luong not only provided definitive answers but was willing to take me directly to a vehicle that would show me the particular answer that I sought. When we were able to narrow things down, he then ran all over the dealership in order to bring example vehicles right to the front door so that I could see what specific packages would look like that contained the options and features that were important. We took two meaningful test drives and when I had a specific vehicle picked out, Luong and Sales Manager Eric Brett put together an excellent final deal for us. Luong is an extremely polite and courteous man who also offer direct and concise answers to one's questions. This was really efficient, easy, fun. More

Shea Hammond - Outstanding Job! My wife and I were in the market to purchase a new vehicle to replace her aging crossover. We have purchased several cars over the years from Stevin My wife and I were in the market to purchase a new vehicle to replace her aging crossover. We have purchased several cars over the years from Stevinson West and selected them as our first dealership to shop with since we have had such positive and pleasant experiences in the past. I submitted a request on the website to come in and talk to someone about our intentions. Shea called within 10 minutes to introduce himself and answered my initial questions. He was very likable from the start and I was very impressed with his knowledge, ability to listen and most of all his pleasant personality. We drove in and were greeted by Shea with a smile and a handshake. Prior to driving in we had narrowed our thoughts to the Rav4 Adventure. Shea went over the specification and features of the Adventure and in addition answered all of our questions about other Rav4 models. Bottom line is that we selected the Adventure model and felt very confident about our decision thanks to Shea's knowledge and laid back demeanor. I don't like being pressured into something that I'm not totally ready do. Shea was patient and allowed us to make the decision with no pressure tactics of any kind. We were extremely impressed with the entire experience at Stevenson from start to finish. AJ and Wes were a real pleasure to work with also and never made us feel hurried by taking the time to answer our questions. We have also been contacted by the Service Department explaining their role in future service appointments and their encouragement to ask any questions we may have. Graham could not have been more helpful. The paperwork was easy and stress free because he had it all started. Graham then took me to Marc Csentery for the financing piece and what you would think would be the worst part was actually enjoyable. Marc was exceptional and by the time I walked into his office, he already had everything approved and completed. Signed a few things and I was on my way! Never had such a good time purchasing a vehicle. Would HIGHLY recommend these guys! More
