Three stars are very good in my mind when shopping for anything these days especially a used vehicle. The process takes some homework prior to going to the dealership, but good-knowlegeable people can help. Elias was great as a sales person, and Josh explained the options on finance and warranties well.I had an issue with the surface of the windshield glass that Elias helped me take care of and that was much appreciated. However, I wished that the glass issue could have been taken care of before I picked it up. My only complaint was that the detailer of the truck got carried away with the fragrance-deodorant-cleaner and the vehicle smells like a truck stop restroom.I prefer a truck to have no odor or at least the natural odor of a piney mountain breeze, after all it is Colorado.
