Both were very approachable, professional, respectable, and informative. They actually listened to what I was looking for, even asked more in depth questions to help find my match. Let's face it: buying a car is a big deal and a lot of money. I was treated like it was a big deal and that buying a new car was an occasion, something momentous and warranting high customer service treatment. It was something to be excited about. Imagine that?
