Shea caught me wandering around the used car lot looking for some vehicles I had seen on line. He helped me find those vehicles, and a few more, which was greatly appreciated as he did it with genuine enthusiasm and not a bit of pressure. The result was that I eventually decided to purchase one of those RAV4's and as it was getting late into the evening I volunteered to come back the next day to complete the transaction. But Shea without an ounce of hesitation convinced me to stay and get it done that evening as if he had all the time in the world. I even got to drive my new (used) car home that evening. My image of the old time car salesman was entirely smashed by Shea's example of how comfortable and easy car buying can be. More
