After multiple weekends spent researching and This review is applicable to my experience in leasing (1st time lease) a new 2018 Highlander Limited. After multiple weekends spent researching and test driving a range of vehicles (including Toyota / Mercedes / Volkswagen / Hyundai / etc.) we narrowed down the selection to definitely a Highlander based upon size (interior & exterior), ride quality, fuel economy, features, and lifespan. We have been familiar with Stevinson West for several years due to service on our other Toyota (Tundra) so we wanted to see how we'd be treated by the sales staff there and began researching the various personnel on Friday night, with the intention of heading in on Saturday to discuss pricing / selection there. We called and schedule an appointment with Aaron Wester and met him at 2:00 pm that Saturday afternoon. After searching the existing (and projected) inventory system for all Highlanders, we found that there were no vehicles available or projected in the trim package & color scheme that we had originally sought (XLE trim / blue exterior / ash interior). After some additional discussion and inventory research, we discovered a green exterior / brown interior / limited vehicle on the lot that Aaron asked us to go out and review with him. After spending some time in and around the green limited Highlander, my husband and I decided that the vehicle really did suit our needs and lifestyle so we came back inside to discuss pricing & options. In the end, we feel that Aaron worked out the best deal for us on this particular vehicle and then took us over to Josh Ross in finance to dig into the details of leasing the vehicle for 3 years. The entire process took just under 4 hours and my husband & I left feeling that we'd received a fair package from our team (Aaron & Josh), as well as a quality vehicle that will meet our families needs for the foreseeable future (and then some).
