When they didn't know something about the vehicle, they were quick to get the answer instead of just making something up which I appreciated; it was not a high pressure sales environment and they took their time to answer all of my questions. Overall, the Sales process from end to end was efficient, so excess time was not wasted. Negotiations/Pricing/Financing were straight forward and reasonable. The dealership seems to go out of their way to ensure the customer sales experience is an excellent one (and a positive customer experience is very important to me), which will keep me coming back for future service appointments.
