Meadow Sylvan is the single best car salesperson I’ve ever had and I’ve bought a minimum of 25 cars. In addition to be extremely knowledgeable about her product she is also very patient and applies no pressure to make a purchase or attempt to steer me to a higher priced vehicle. Shea was so kind and did not pressure us at all. We thought there was a problem with the transmission the following day. Shea reassured me immediately that Stevinson would honor their warranty and he would help see the whole process through. This was at 9 pm in the evening. By 8:30 am Shea had already met with the auto shop and was making an appointment for me when I discovered the error was mine. Evidently, there is an automatic manual transmission in my new little car and I was putting it in the wrong gear. He made the entire process so easy and I am so confident in my purchase that my family will always start with Stevinson for any vehicle purchase. I also have to thank AJ Brownlee for the fastest, easiest financing we have ever experienced! Plus, AJ got us a better rate then even our own bank was offering! Thank you so much Shea and AJ! More

Toyota used car buying service I went into Stevenson Toyota to test drive a used Rav 4 that I had searched for on the website. Good experience once I got to the dealership, Garrett I went into Stevenson Toyota to test drive a used Rav 4 that I had searched for on the website. Good experience once I got to the dealership, Garrett was great and very helpful. He answered all my questions, streamlined the process and I was in and out of there in 3 hours and that included the test drive. I forgot my finance paperwork, but no worries to them I was able to bring them in the next day and Garrett had the car all ready for me. He then walked me through all the systems so that I had some idea how to program things. Very nice and I would recommend to my friends and family. I'm so excited to drive my new/used car home today!
