Painless and dare I say FUN? Purchased our 3rd Toyota from Stevinson last Friday. After looking for "our car" in the online inventory, we connected by phone with Shea Hammond on T Purchased our 3rd Toyota from Stevinson last Friday. After looking for "our car" in the online inventory, we connected by phone with Shea Hammond on Thursday night. We set up an appointment for the next day. Shea knew we had to get to a Rockies game that night. He lined up a few cars (we already knew what we wanted) and streamlined our visit- test drive, a little paperwork, and a lot of laughs later and we headed off to finish up with Kendall Janek, Finance Manager. As a woman shopping alone, I was dreading the process of purchasing a new car, but Brett Thedford exceeded all stereotypes of what I have experienced of car salesmen in the past. He was easy to talk to, an excellent communicator, efficient, knowledgeable and professional. My experience of purchasing a new car was enjoyable and I didn’t come home exhausted and worried that I had been pressured into something I didn’t really want. Would recommend Brett Thedford to any,somewhat introverted, woman shopping alone. More
