It's one thing when you hear a smug young sales guy try to push you to a vehicle that benefits their paychech, but Mike showed us factual evidence on why Toyota is far and away the best option. The resale value, the reliability, the off road capability, the 2 years of free oil changes, etc. Also, it's such a massive dealership and the building is beautiful! I couldn't believe they don't get paid on commission. That was a pleasant surprise. I genuinely couldn't have been happier with my time with Mike and Stevinson Toyota. Do yourself a favor and request Mike if you're stopping in to Stevinson. His knowledge on 4x4'ing is great! He's quite funny with how passionate he is about 4Runner's and FJ Cruisers! Thanks Mike! Was great to work with Nori on the purchase of a 2018 Tundr. Nori was a great sales representative to work with. Made an Oops My husband and I were in the market for a new 4runner. We initially went to the dealership and were stuck between buying a 2016 used 4 runner or a bra My husband and I were in the market for a new 4runner. We initially went to the dealership and were stuck between buying a 2016 used 4 runner or a brand new 2018 4 runner. After negotiating both vehicles we decided on the used. Well, it didn't take us long to have buyers remorse, and we really wanted the new one. So after two weeks, I gave Austen Reed a call and he helped us out again to swap the recently purchased used 4runner for the new one we really needed/wanted. We were honored the price of the new we had negotiated two weeks prior, and they gave us full value for the used we had just purchased. We are very excited now to be the owners of our new 2018 Toyota 4 runner! 3rd row seats for mom, and my hubby got his desired color choice too. Since my husband drove his last 4runner (1997) for 21 years, I know it will be awhile until we upgrade again but we are 4runner people 4 life.
