He was incredibly prompt in regards to everything I needed, but he was never pushy and totally understood what I was going for. I was trying to decide between a manual and automatic transmission, and he had both pulled up and ready to drive. It was great being in the cars with him, and he was super knowledgeable. I’ll be purchasing Toyota’s for life, and as long as Graham is still a salesman he’ll be selling me cars. It’s rare you meet someone doing something they are passionate about, but Graham definitely seems to be passionate about cars! I highly recommend his service to everyone, he is incredibly relateable and has a good sense of humor. Josh, in finance, was great too. Garrett Condra rocks! Stevinson Toyota West is a wonderful dealership inside and out. What really stood out was our salesman, Garrett Condra. I was in contact with 7 diff Stevinson Toyota West is a wonderful dealership inside and out. What really stood out was our salesman, Garrett Condra. I was in contact with 7 different Toyota dealerships via email and phone. Garrett stood out immediately with his knowledge of the product, customer friendly advice, and comfortable demeanor. He bent over backwards to help us as we just arrived from out of the country. On the day we picked up our car, Garrett lead us to a gas station to fill up our uHaul truck and then to a uHaul location to drop off our truck. Afterwards, he drove us across town to pick up our car at a shop that installed our hitch. I commend him on his service and recommend that Stevinson West retain him in some capacity as he is a valuable asset to the dealership. More
