Really not a great first impression compared to most stores today that at least let you get inside. Sometimes people don't want to be immediately approached! I ended up with Ryan Litwin. He was rather arrogant and seemed to only care about pushing me on forward to serve his interests. It also seemed the whole time like he was trying to hide something from his peers. perhaps this was my perception but it really made me feel as though my deal was not conventional. My bad experience was mainly due to my salesperson, but seriously, get the sales guys inside at their desks, or put them on a rotation of some sort!!! I could feel myself on the defensive the whole time and it all began with the first impression. Just my two cents, as a business owner and loyal Toyota customer. More

Great environment to purchase a car My wife and I drove from Scottsbluff, Nebraska to check out an SUV. We set up an appointment with Brett Thedford a few days before we arrived. He had the vehicle parked out front and ready for a test drive. He was friendly and not pushy whatsoever. Had a good understanding of the vehicle we were test driving and he helped my wife navigate the drive. Anyway, my wife really enjoyed her test drive and I enjoyed my test ride. We ended up buying the vehicle with a personal check. We were hoping for a little wiggle room in the price but this is a no-haggle type of place. That would be the only reason I deducted one star. The windshield was a little pitted and the right side fender had a good scuff. That would have been my argument for a slight discount. But it’s a used car so I expected a little damage. Certified pre-owned anyway. Brett is a solid salesman. He had the paper work ready too. Which is fantastic because he took the time to do that and he might not have sold the car. His grandmother has the same name as our daughter which is super far-out. I gave him 5 stars. The dealership has a great atmosphere. It seems like a decent place to just hang out lol. The manager A.J. Is cool too. I would buy a car there again if thats where things lead me. I think anyone looking to buy a vehicle would have an awesome experience here. More
