Pretty darn good experience Tony was great to work with. I travel quite a bit, so much of our exchange was done via email and over the phone. My cell signal was not the best, but Tony was patient and had great follow up. When I arrived at the dealership (a couple of weeks later), the truck was parked right out front. Tony threw me the keys and said take it for a spin. When I got back, I signed the paperwork with Josh Ross; he was great to work with as well (very professional but super chill). When I was signing the paperwork, Tony had the truck washed and filled the tank with fuel. I honestly hate buying cars, but this was completely painless thanks to these guys. Just FYI if you have a credit freeze: you need to get a global lift from Transunion because their limited release with a code did not work. Ryan was patient and encouraging when it took us a couple days to figure this out so we could complete our purchase. More
