I sent an email asking if Stevinson Toyota West's tag line is Fast, Fair & Friendly which is EXACTLY what we got when we purchased with Jami Coleman. I sent an email asking if a particular pre-owned Jeep Cherokee was still available and got a prompt response from Jami. Two hours later we came in to drive it and Jami had it pulled up, ready to go for us when we arrived. We decided it was the right car for me and 90 minutes later we drove away in it. I was impressed with the time Jami spent with us and his knowledge of the car considering it actually was not a Toyota. Even though we weren't in a big hurry, Jami made the process efficient for us by having the car ready and making a pre-call to finance once we had a deal. The finance manager, Marc was also great. He stayed late on a Friday to finish our financing and was smart, friendly and low pressure. I never thought we'd be driving away in my new car in less than 2 hours but we did and felt great about it. The entire experience could not have been better. More
