The sales side of things though... not so great. Pull up to Stevinson Toyota and you will immediately be stared at by about 10 sales people. It makes it uncomfortable. I even thought about not getting out of the car upon pulling up and seeing the multiple thirsty sale people. Then, I ended up with a Mr. Montana, who was very short and sarcastic with me the whole time. It really felt like the whole thing was a joke to him. Not professional. Its 2018, not 1973. Get the 10 sales people off the lot. Let the receptionist page for sales. At least let us customers make it through the door before we are attacked! More

Stoked I did a ton of research prior to buying this truck. I wanted to work with someone who was not pushy and was willing to be part of a long sales cycle. I was torn between 2013-2016 used tacomas and a new one. Tyler's knowledge of the tacoma line was the main factor that pushed me over to the new vehicle. It was also the reason i went with the trd off road package and not a sr5. I was honest with him that i would be working with other dealerships to i try to get the best price. After getting a qoute from tyler i contacted other dealerships. I did not disclose the prices from one dealership to the next but did agree to giving tyler the last shot because of the time he put in. I chose stevinson over the others for more reasons than price. The parts guys have helped me out for years with my 99 tacoma. The location is close to my house and Tyler put in the time and was more knowledgable than those at other dealerships. I my self am in sales and have gone through exstensive sales training. It was clear to me that Tyler understood personality types and key buying signals during our week and a half sale. His patience and wilingness to work around my schedule did not go unnoticed. I will be refering anyone i know in need of a toyota to go and see tyler. Though i am in sales for a carrer my biggest passion is fly fishing. I am a member of Fly Fishing Team USA 🇺🇸 so i travel to comps all over the country. The vehicle choice in the fly fishing community is the tacoma. I am hopefull that i will be able to steer some fellow anglers Stevinson way. More
