Amazing people and place!!! I came into Stevenson Toyota needing a vehicle & I was greeted br Brett Thedford in the parking lot. My cousin drove me & she had 5 small children wi I came into Stevenson Toyota needing a vehicle & I was greeted br Brett Thedford in the parking lot. He listened to what was going on & with my situation & was incredibly helpful in finding me a suitable vehicle. He was just perfect! He had just started working here & was being trained by Tyler. These 2 are a good team & absolute naturals at excellent customer service! I have been a stay at home mom for 10 years & didn't think I stood a chance at getting a loan for a car but here I am meeting with AJ Brownlee again to sign my papers & pick up my Rav4!! Mike Doucet & AJ worked very hard to get my loan approved, no easy feat for someone with no credit & only 8 months on a job. Everyone I encountered at Toyota has been so helpful, accommodating and hard working. I am impressed with how down to earth everyone here is and how kind and caring everyone has been toward me.
